If customer intends to do 3D modelling of assembled boards and integrate with the 3D enclosure, it can be done. The material of enclosures will be done with MS, SS, Aluminium and Plastic or ABS. We can also design front panel sticker. If any special material is necessary that also can be done.

To begin the enclosure design we need detail product specifications and rough mechanical description. The board DXF or 3D files are also required to make the enclosures with accuracy and great look. We also want to know the application of instrument whether it is used indoor or outdoor and different weather conditions or environment etc. For heat generating instruments we analyse the air circulation needed and provide appropriate provision for it. We maintain high quality design principles based on customers inputs. Inputs and suggestions of our clients are most welcome to serve them better. • Start by contacting our sales engineers with sufficient inputs necessary for design. You send description of your enclosure with sketch and components.
• You should also opt for 2D or 3D drawing, and based on it approximate estimation will be done
• We will send you the design cost depending on your inputs. If inputs are insufficient we may need your remaining inputs or estimation will be done in a specific range
• The estimation is not the final cost but may vary according to the time taken. And two iteration are allowed in the design process. The scope of the project may change and adjust the estimation.
• We design your enclosure, consulting your need and requirements. The drawing will be provided in PDF format for approval.
• Once the design is approved we will send the CAD files which you will own it.
